Out of an abundance of caution for our employees, our customers, our partners and our greater community, we have decided to suspend any wine tours tentatively until Monday April 6, 2020. The health and safety of everyone are our top priority and at the heart of this decision. We believe that it is critical to do our part in order to reduce transmission of COVID-19. We are closely monitoring the developments and we will be in touch over the course of the next few weeks to advise when Winery Tours of Niagara will resume operations. However, in the meantime we will continue to take reservations from April 7th on.

In most cases, the confirmations are filtered into junk/spam folders. Please check for an email from info@scenictoursofniagara.com. If you still do not see it, please send us an email with the date of your reservation, name the reservation is under and confirmation number (if you have it) and we will resend it to the email address entered at the time of booking.

Round trip transportation from main entrance of accommodations in Niagara Falls ONLY.

Depending on your chosen tour the approximate time vary from 3.5 hours to 6 hours.

For our daily group tours, we offer a full refund as long as the tour is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure.

 Most tours are between 24 – 55 people unless a private tour is booked.

You can expect a reply within 24 hours for a phone message or within 48 hours for an online inquiry.

We offer complimentary parking at the Embassy Suites hotel, 6700 Fallsview Blvd. for the duration of the tour only. Upon parking check in with the tour desk, located to the left of the front desk to get your boarding stickers.

For private tour groups, we are happy to offer pick up within Toronto and surrounding area.

For daily tours, unfortunately we do not offer pick up from the Toronto area.

GO Transit and VIA Rail provide convenient transportation to Niagara Falls. Please visit the respective websites for departure and arrival times.

Hotel accommodations only in Niagara Falls. Due to delays and tour scheduling we are not able to offer pick up from Bus or Train station at this time.

Yes. Please call at 1-866-988-4536 as we do not keep your credit card on file and will need the credit card information to process the additional charge.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates.

As our group sizes are small and space is limited, advance reservations are required. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance of your desired date. During the summer season, we recommend booking at least one week in advance for a Saturday tour.

For security reasons our drivers are not able to accept cash on the day of the tour. Tours must be prepaid using a major credit card.
