We offer complimentary parking at the Embassy Suites hotel, 6700 Fallsview Blvd. for the duration of the tour only. Upon parking check in with the tour desk, located to the left of the front desk to get your boarding stickers.
For private tour groups, we are happy to offer pick up within Toronto and surrounding area.
For daily tours, unfortunately we do not offer pick up from the Toronto area.
GO Transit and VIA Rail provide convenient transportation to Niagara Falls. Please visit the respective websites for departure and arrival times.
Hotel accommodations only in Niagara Falls. Due to delays and tour scheduling we are not able to offer pick up from Bus or Train station at this time.

Yes. Please call at 1-866-988-4536 as we do not keep your credit card on file and will need the credit card information to process the additional charge.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates.
As our group sizes are small and space is limited, advance reservations are required. We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance of your desired date. During the summer season, we recommend booking at least one week in advance for a Saturday tour.
For security reasons our drivers are not able to accept cash on the day of the tour. Tours must be prepaid using a major credit card.
